HOMAG ADVANCED CNC

We have some of the finest quality CNC equipment on the market. Our CNC Routers can cut large pieces fast with overwhelming accuracy.

We have the capability to cut materials 4″ thick, including:

PVC, HDPE, LDPE, UHMW, Polypropylene, ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Cast Acrylics (Polished Edges additional) and more.
Engineering grade polymers Acetyl (Delrin), Phenolic, Nylon, Fiberglass Resin, Teflon and more.
Sign-grade – Epoxy, Polyester Resin, Polyurethane foam of all densities, HDU, Color-core HDPE, PVC Expanded Foam, Coroplast, HIPS, Poly Core Metals or Aluminum Composite, and most varieties of foam.
All wood-based products, including hardwoods, plywood, laminate, and MDF (Laminating available).
Non-ferrous metals such as Aluminum 6061 and Brass.

CNC Routing · Horizontal vacuum table milling with the ability to mill materials up to 4” thick.

4 feet x 8 feet x 4 inches – Accuracy to .001 inch tolerances – Threading to standard & metric sizes on most materials.
Fixturing and small batch production available for parts as small as 1.5″ x 1.5″, requiring as many as 12 secondary operations such as drilling or cuts (Additional charges apply)
Lead times as short as 2 days following approval and purchase order.
64” Wide format Latex printing with white printing for custom lamination and graphic project integration
Precision Kala laminating CNC applicator for post print applications – Doors, Panels, Displays and Back lit graphics.
3D printing with large resin (12″ x 7″ x 12″) and FDM (16″ x 16″ x 18″) printing sizes for fast part replacement or prototype production.
Plastic fabrication and welding for custom projects requiring part production and assembly.
CAD CAM Design Capabilities – Compatibility formats: Catia translator, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360.
